Elderberry has a long history as a remedy for colds, flu’s and upper respiratory infections. Elderberries are antiviral and contain immune- stimulating properties. Elderberries also are high in vitamin C. They are powerful diaphoretics. They are also useful for rheumatism.  Nettle is one of the best all around herbs for nourishing and strengthening the whole body. Nettle strengthens and supports the adrenals, kidneys, lungs, intestines and arteries. Nettle is an excellent source of minerals, vitamins and amino acids. More specifically, Nettle is rich in iron, calcium, potassium, silicon, magnesium, manganese, zinc and chromium.
